There are a lot of businesses that state that customer service is a high
priority, and we are no different in making that claim, but we ARE unique in
how we can take care of our customers. Because we are the factory, in
the unlikely event that an issue comes up with your mattress, we are able to
directly take care of the issue. We don't run you around and make you
prove that there is an issue or send a 3rd party out to your home to verify
that you have the issue that you say you have. With Lebeda, it's
simple, if you have a problem with your mattress, we'll fix it. If we
can't fix it, we'll replace it. We even offer a 730 day Comfort
Customization period on some models where if it just isn't as comfortable as
you want, during that time, we can take it back to the factory and make it
firmer or softer to suit your needs. At Lebeda, we take great care of
our customers and our history bears that out.
